These were taken shortly after the completion of the Bonita Tower at the Disneyland Hotel. The Dancing Waters show was shown nightly in the fountain behind the pools in the photo. They no longer do the show there, but the fountain structure is still in place with vegetation covering the LED panels that were once part of the display.
The back of Wonder Bowl and it's sign can faintly be made out in the distance to the right of the power line tower.
