Here is a view of Passerelle Plaza which was restored in the late 90s along with the Fountain of the Fairs located along the main promenade of the park. The fountain was empty when I was there as the city is trying to conserve water and kids were playing in the empty concrete basin. In the center of the plaza you can see the "Trylon & Perisphere", which was the symbol of the 1939 World's Fair. Some of the circular mosaics can be seen around the perimeter.
